A dependable audiology destination for your patients, with same-day reporting for BERA and a written report back to you. We do not pay referral commissions — the report stands on its own.
This page is for ENTs, developmental paediatricians, neurologists and physicians who need somewhere solid to send a patient for hearing assessment.

Report turnaround
- BERA: tested and reported the same day (approximately 30 minutes). This is the clearest reason to refer to us.
A redacted sample report is available on request. ``
Why refer to an independent unit
We state our own position, and only our own:
- We do not pay referral commissions. Your patient gets an independent audiological view, and you are not part of a commercial arrangement.
- We do not force a brand. Two brands are carried; the patient's clinical need decides which.
- We will tell a patient they do not need a device when the test shows that. You will not get a patient back who was pushed into a purchase.
- We report back to you in writing, so you keep the clinical picture.
``
How to refer
- Send the patient to us with the reason for referral and any relevant history. ``
- We book and assess, and prioritise where clinically appropriate.
- We send you a written report and follow up with the patient as needed.
Named coordinator: ``
Independence, and where we are honest about our limits
We are a single, independent unit — not a chain, and not the largest practice in the area. We will not out-scale anyone. What we offer a referring doctor is reliability, a fast report, and a destination with no commission entanglement.
Some of the things we do not offer, stated plainly:
- no adult speech-and-swallowing therapy;
- no cochlear-implant programme;
- no free testing;
- no instalment financing.
If a case needs something we do not provide, we will say so rather than stretch to keep it. ``
