A named person

A hearing aid is a long-term relationship, not a purchase. The person who fits your device is the person who looks after it — you are not handed to a call centre.

The design language proposes a small timeline (first week / first month / ongoing). Publish it only once the client confirms the routine. ``

Why this matters

Some of the hearing-care market disappears after the sale. A device is fitted, and the clinic is hard to reach when something needs adjusting.

We are built the other way. The economics of this unit only work if people stay looked after — which is also the right way to practise. A device that is not maintained stops being worn, and a device that is not worn was never worth buying.
