This is the question families ask most, so we will answer it properly.

Many hearing-care centres offer a free consultation and a free hearing test. Their model is: free test → attract the customer → trial → device sale. The free test is not the service; it is the beginning of the sale.

We are not claiming to be cheaper than anyone. We are saying that "free" is not the whole cost, and that a paid, independent test is a different thing from a free one attached to a sale.

What we do not charge for

No free hearing test. The consultation is charged.

Common questions

Why do you charge when other centres offer it free?

Because a free test is usually paid for at the point of sale. Our charge keeps the recommendation independent — no discount waiting at the end, and no sales target deciding what we suggest.

Do I have to decide on the day?

No. There is no "today only" price here. Nothing expires.

Do you offer EMI or instalments?

No. We do not offer EMI at present.

Do you offer discounts?

We are not a discount-led practice. If affordability is a genuine issue, talk to us and we will look at reasonable ways to help — but we will not pretend a permanent discount is good for the recommendation.

What happens after I buy a hearing aid?

Follow-up and aftercare are at no charge. The person who fits your device is the person who looks after it.
