About Cornerstone Hearing
We are the audiology practice of Cornerstone Therapy Solutions. We test hearing properly, explain what we find, and recommend only what the test shows. Nothing is sold here that is not needed.

The practice
Cornerstone Rehab Services opened in 2022. It is part of Cornerstone Therapy Solutions, which has been part of this community for over twelve years.
We are a single independent unit — not a chain. We have one audiology room, a real diagnostic setup, and a small team. Our size is deliberate: it is easier to keep a promise to a smaller number of families than to run a storefront.
We dispense two brands, Signia and Oticon, and we keep it at that. ``
The founder
Dr. Vidyasagar Kancharapu `` began his career as an audiologist and also practises speech-language pathology — a dual clinical background that is rare in this field.
He left audiology for around fifteen years because of what he saw in the industry: pressure to meet targets, devices dispensed when patients did not clinically need them, and incentives for hitting sales numbers. He returned because he believed audiology could be practised differently.
That belief is the reason this unit exists, and it is the reason it charges for a hearing test instead of giving one away.

"Dignity in Audiology" — the phrase he uses for how he wants to work — means appropriate clinical recommendation, respectful treatment, and not pushing a device because it sells. ``
The audiologist
Our hearing assessments are carried out by a Master's-qualified audiologist. ``
